1. About Prep-E-Prints
Prep-E-Prints is a faith-based educational platform designed to provide interactive Bible learning experiences, lessons, stories, activities, personalized experiences, and related educational content.
Certain features may use artificial intelligence ("AI") or other automated technologies to generate, adapt, personalize, explain, summarize, or present content.
Prep-E-Prints may also offer digital purchases, additional learning journeys, rewards, physical products, 3D-printed items, or other features.
Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time.
2. Eligibility and Children's Use
Prep-E-Prints is designed to support users of different ages, including children.
Children must use Prep-E-Prints only in accordance with the age requirements, parental-consent mechanisms, and account restrictions provided through the Service and required by applicable law.
Where parental or guardian consent is required, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the child's use of applicable features.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of Prep-E-Prints and determining whether particular content or features are appropriate for their children.
Certain features, including purchases, account management, communications, or other functionality, may be restricted based on age.
Providing false age, identity, parental, or account information may result in restriction or termination of an account.
Our collection and handling of personal information, including information relating to children, is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
3. Parent and Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians should actively supervise children's use of the Service.
Although Prep-E-Prints may use technical safeguards, moderation systems, content controls, and age-based experiences, no technological system can guarantee that every piece of content will be appropriate for every child or family.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding how and when their children use the Service.
4. Artificial Intelligence
Certain portions of Prep-E-Prints may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, or third-party AI technology.
AI-generated content may include explanations, responses, personalized educational material, summaries, conversational responses, recommendations, or other generated material.
Artificial intelligence is not perfect.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, misleading, unexpected, or inappropriate.
Prep-E-Prints does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, theological correctness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Users should independently evaluate information produced by AI and should not rely upon AI-generated content as the sole basis for important decisions.
5. AI Is Not Professional Advice
Artificial intelligence and other content provided through Prep-E-Prints are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing generated or presented through Prep-E-Prints constitutes professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is required.
6. Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being
Prep-E-Prints is not a mental health service.
Prep-E-Prints does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric services, mental health diagnosis, medical diagnosis, crisis intervention, or treatment.
AI-generated conversations or educational material should never be considered a substitute for a qualified mental health professional, physician, counselor, therapist, or other healthcare provider.
Users should not rely upon Prep-E-Prints to determine whether they or another person has a mental health or medical condition.
If you believe that you or another person may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, is in immediate danger, or may harm themselves or another person, do not rely upon Prep-E-Prints for assistance. Contact appropriate emergency services or seek immediate assistance from a qualified professional.
7. Religious and Biblical Content
Prep-E-Prints provides Christian and Bible-based educational content.
Biblical passages, explanations, interpretations, stories, AI-generated responses, lessons, and other religious material are intended for educational and faith-engagement purposes.
Christian denominations, churches, scholars, pastors, families, and individuals may interpret particular passages or theological subjects differently.
Prep-E-Prints does not guarantee that every explanation or AI-generated response will represent the doctrine, theology, interpretation, or teachings of every Christian denomination or organization.
AI-generated content should not be considered a replacement for Scripture itself or for guidance from a parent, guardian, pastor, church, theologian, or other trusted spiritual advisor.
8. Accounts
Prep-E-Prints is not a mental health service.
Prep-E-Prints does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric services, mental health diagnosis, medical diagnosis, crisis intervention, or treatment.

9. Purchases and Digital Content
Prep-E-Prints may offer paid lessons, journeys, features, digital content, or other purchases.
Prices and purchase terms will be displayed before a transaction is completed.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform may also be governed by that platform's payment, billing, cancellation, and refund policies.
Where a purchase is processed by a third-party platform, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that platform.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of Prep-E-Prints intellectual property. Instead, you receive a limited personal right to access the purchased content in accordance with these Terms.
10. Purchases by Children
Children may not make purchases except through the parental or guardian authorization mechanisms provided by Prep-E-Prints and the applicable app marketplace.
Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining appropriate purchase restrictions on devices and accounts used by children.
Unauthorized purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the payment platform through which the transaction was processed.
11. Physical and 3D-Printed Products
Prep-E-Prints may offer users the opportunity to earn, purchase, or receive physical items, including 3D-printed keepsakes or rewards.
Availability, eligibility requirements, shipping costs, production times, geographic availability, and other conditions may vary and will be communicated when applicable.
3D-printed products may contain normal variations resulting from the manufacturing process, including minor differences in texture, appearance, dimensions, or finish.
Physical products are not toys unless specifically identified as such.
Small components may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children where appropriate.
Users and parents or guardians are responsible for following any safety instructions accompanying physical products.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Where physical products are offered, estimated shipping or production dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prep-E-Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information supplied by a user, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances where liability cannot legally be attributed to Prep-E-Prints.
Additional shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed when applicable.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use Prep-E-Prints to:
violate applicable law;
interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, servers, or data;
reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
distribute malware or malicious software;
abuse, exploit, manipulate, or intentionally circumvent safety systems;
use automated systems to excessively scrape or extract content;
impersonate another person;
use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others; or
use Prep-E-Prints for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated
14. Intellectual Property
Prep-E-Prints and its original software, graphics, characters, designs, interfaces, lesson structures, audio, artwork, branding, logos, written materials, and other original content are owned by Prep-E-Prints or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Bible translations and other third-party materials may be owned by their respective copyright holders and used under applicable licenses or permissions.
Except as expressly permitted through the Service, users may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Prep-E-Prints content.
15. User Content and Inputs
Certain features may allow users to submit questions, responses, text, selections, or other information.
You remain responsible for information you intentionally submit through the Service.
You should not submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
The handling of personal information submitted through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Services
Prep-E-Prints may rely upon third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, artificial-intelligence providers, payment processors, app marketplaces, authentication providers, analytics providers, text-to-speech providers, and other technology services.
We do not control every aspect of third-party systems and cannot guarantee that third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.
Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Service Availability
We work to maintain a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Prep-E-Prints may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party failures, upgrades, security incidents, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other causes.
Features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued.
18. No Warranty
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
PREP-E-PRINTS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PREP-E-PRINTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, AVAILABLE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY USER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREP-E-PRINTS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, RELIGIOUS CONTENT, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR USER ACTIONS BASED UPON CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when using information provided through Prep-E-Prints.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use where appropriate.
Use of educational, religious, AI-generated, or other informational content is at the user's discretion and should not replace professional assistance where professional assistance is appropriate.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prep-E-Prints and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Prep-E-Prints when reasonably necessary to protect users, protect the Service, comply with law, investigate suspected misconduct, or enforce these Terms.
Users may stop using Prep-E-Prints at any time.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including applicable intellectual-property, liability, and dispute provisions.
23. Changes to the Service or Terms
Prep-E-Prints may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as legal, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements change.
When material changes are made, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
The effective date displayed at the beginning of these Terms indicates when the current version became effective.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
24. Privacy
Use of Prep-E-Prints is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and otherwise processed, including information associated with children and parent or guardian accounts.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection or other laws require otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions presented by Prep-E-Prints.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and Prep-E-Prints concerning use of the Service.
